The Palouse is often called “The Tuscany of Washington State”, with its rolling hills covered with grain. It’s a photographers’ paradise with a spider’s web of dirt roads winding past farms, many with the quintessential red barn. I liked the way the curving lines in the foreground grain field lead the eye to the farm buildings.
